Ethella (female)

Derivative of:Ella (F) Ethel (F)

Source(s):
Notes:

Very rare, probably a derivative of Ethel [q.v.]. It is mainly found in the US but an internationally renowned Ukranian pianist is Ethella Chuprik

The suffix "-la" may just be a feminine ending but the name may be a simple elision of Ethel and Ella.
